Intro:
Why?
The government of Bahrain has been slaughtering its citizens for over a year. Shooting and killing protestorst, censoring the internet, press, and the voice of the people. Crushing dissent. Lying to the world. In the past year over 2,000 counts of torture have taken place. Thousands of political prisoners have been taken, merely for being related to activists the government has killed, or the terrible crime of "advocating human rights." Bahrain has more tear gas used per capita than any other nation in the world and it's common for their mercenary police force to randomly fire tear gas into homes at night. This is only a small sample of the crimes the illegitimate king of Bahrain and his government are guilty of.
The citizens of Bahrain want freedom democracy and a constitution. This is a basic right taken for granted by many nations across the world, and should not be met with riot police, tear gas, and massacre. Over 80% of natural-born Bahraini citizens have protested in the streets at the same time and it's clear that this is a popular revolution. However the Bahraini regime is supported by the USA, UK and Israel and unlike other nations in the Arab Spring has not received wide popular international support. Now is the time to change that!!

Call the State Department and ask them to revoke support for the Bahraini regime.
